The session focuses on CBRN challenges in the Land and Joint Operations domain and how cross-sector convergent collaborations with dual use applications can generate enhanced capability utilising emerging technology. The session explores the role of whole of Government approach to enabling solutions and in support of the economy, leveraging programs such as the National Reconstruction Fund, the Australian Economic Accelerator and the soon to be released National Science and Research Priorities. The session examines the threats and opportunities presented by CBRN and specifically biotechnology (and synthetic biology) in the Land domain.
