This event is open to all Land Forces trade visitors, exhibitors and conference delegates.

NOTE: While attendance to this session is free for all participants, entry is not guaranteed. Seating will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and once the venue reaches its maximum capacity, access will be closed.

For the first time, the Chief of Army Symposium (CAS 2024) is open to all Land Forces attendees.

CAS 2024 is the Chief of Army’s capstone event, to engage his people, partner forces and allies, defence industry, and academia and research organisations.

The theme for the symposium is ‘The Human Face of Battle’. Amidst ever-changing strategic circumstances, humans remain enduring, they are at the centre of everything we do.

The Human Face of Battle will shape the presentations and panel discussions held during the symposium. Hear from Defence leaders and distinguished thinkers as they explore the evolution of the profession of arms.

Attending the symposium is your opportunity to hear direct from the Australian Army.
