The U.S. Department of Defense’s Comparative Technology Office (CTO) will be attending Land Forces 2018 to meet with Australian defence industry to assess capabilities for consideration in the Foreign Comparative Testing (FCT) program. The mission of the FCT program is to test items and technologies of foreign allies and friends that have a high TRL in order to satisfy valid defence requirements and improve the U.S. warfighter’s capabilities more quickly and economically. In fulfilling this mission, FCT continues to be a uniquely successful acquisition tool from a U.S. Government-to-Foreign Industry standpoint

Representatives from the CTO will provide a briefing on the FCT program and will also conduct a Q&A session with attendees.
